  • Cash on Delivery (COD) available on eligible pin codes.

  • Prepaid payments accepted via all major online payment methods.

Cancellations:

  • Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled. To cancel an order, please reach out to us via email on support@threadspeare.com or Whatsapp. 
  • Order are usually dispatched in 6-24 hours, however the timeframe for the order to be dispatched can be as low as 2 hours (this is done to expedite the delivery time). Please reach out to us before the dispatch in case of any changes or cancellation are to be made to your order.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
