Refund policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • A return / exchange request must be raised within 3 days from the day of delivery. You can raise a return/exchange request by contacting us on WhatsApp by clicking here or send us an email on support@threadspeare.com.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with the tags intact.
  • Exchange (whether size or product exchange) can only be done 'once' per order.
  • Orders placed using a gift card are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to raise a return request?

  • You can raise a return/exchange request within 3days of order delivery by messaging us on WhatsApp by clicking here, or send us an email on support@threadspeare.com.
  • In case you are raising a request for a defective, incorrect product or incorrect size sent from our end, the request has to be raised within 24 hours. Please attach clear images of the defect or the incorrect item received.
  • In your return / exchange request do let us know how you would like to proceed, we'll ask you the same at the time you raise the request as well:
    • A return for a refund.
    • A size exchange.
    • A product exchange.

Shipping and Pickup

  • We'll arrange a pickup of the products from the delivery address within 24-48 hours of receiving the return / exchange request. Please note that the pickup will only be attempted twice by the logistics partner, so please let us know your availability to us at the time of raising the request. In case of failure of reverse pickup, the return / exchange request can be cancelled.
  • In rare cases, the logistics partner we have partnered with doesn't service reverse pickups at your delivery address location / pin code, the products will have to be sent back to our warehouse by any reputable and traceable courier service. We'll guide you with the process and share our shipping address on WhatsApp / E-Mail, whichever is your preferred mode of communication.

Refunds / Exchange

  • In case of return, a standard reverse shipping charge of Rs.100 will be deducted from the refund amount. Refund will be processed once the return is delivered to our warehouse and the returned product/s passes the quality check as per the criteria mentioned under the heading 'Eligibility for Returns.' 
    • For Prepaid orders, refunds would be processed on the very same day, the product is cleared from the QC at our warehouse. Once the refund is approved, it will take about 4-5 days to be credited into the source account.
    • For COD orders, we'll ask you to share a bank account number with the IFSC code or a UPI ID to process the refund. Please note: refunds in case of COD orders are processed only on Tuesdays and Fridays, so your refund would be done on the coming Tuesday / Friday after the QC.
  • In case of size / product exchange, no additional cost has to be paid.
  • In case of size exchange, the exchange would be dispatched once the return gets delivered to our warehouse and product passes the Quality Check as mentioned under the heading 'Eligibility for Returns.' The process starting from raising the request to the delivery of the exchange would usually take 10-12 days.
  • In case of product exchange, the process would remain the same as mentioned above for the case of size exchange. In case the product requested as replacement is priced higher than the returned product, we'll ask you to pay the difference before dispatching the exchange. A refund will be done, if the product chosen for exchange costs lesser than the returned product.
  • In case the product / size requested for exchange isn't available in our stock, we'll inform you about the same and will share more options to choose from or provide a refund/gift card option. (Validity of gift card : 90 Days)

In case used / washed / product without tags is returned, no return / exchange would be offered. We'll send the same product back to you, and the additional cost of shipping will be collected before dispatch.
